Ingredients: Nettle •Burdock root • dandelion • Chaste Berries • Dong Quai • Raspberry leaf

Directions: pour 12oz of boiling water over 1 tbsp of herbs. Let steep for 10 minutes. Drink 2 cups daily. For a stronger brew add 1 cup of herbs to 1 gallon of water and let steep until cooled.
